Is this a a sure thing? And if so, can anyone link me to a reliable source it was found on?
Because if this is true, I’m gonna need the casting directors to sit down and think long and hard about what they’ve done.

is this how the common teenage girl views tumblr please help me
I didn’t watch the episode but I’m still checking some review pages to see where the show is going. Especially with Bonnie and Caroline who I still care about. I wouldn’t call the abuse Bonnie has suffered over the years boring, but I agree that the amnesia thing is not the right way of handling things. It does seem like the easy way out and as a way of shoving her away from her own storyline. Amnesia seems easier to deal with… Concerning Caroline, I agree with the reviewer. The show has a gross way of using the female characters to prop the male characters. I fear that killing 12 people might not have an effect on Caroline’s individual feelings and was only used to validate a very gross ship. The way Caroline was mocked and shamed in this episode (from what I saw in gifsets and heard of by friends) should feel like a slap in every female viewer’s face. But I see that the very loud and obnoxious online fandom has actually taken Klaus’ side and was pleased to see him shame Caroline numerous times.

The Bamon scenes were cute but the only thing that bothered me was that they were so obviously fanservice
#exactly
the writers are obviously feeling pressured, and need to appease that side of the fandomexcept bonnie and damon…
Klaroline was not canon in the books, other than the dude kidnapping her to use against the group, the two had very little interaction; Bonnie had more interaction with Klaus in the books than Caroline. I’m also giving a ton of side-eye to the comment that Bamon was canon in the books but not in the show because of Bonnie being the opposite of how she is in the books. Are you going to completely ignore that Damon who is the exact opposite of his book counterpart because book!Damon would never harm Bonnie, while his TV counterpart ripped the girl’s throat out? Bonnie Bennett and Bonnie McCullough are exactly alike save for the change in race and experience with vampires. Your argument that the hug was fan service holds no weight (if the writers were going by the wants of the fans, Kennett would be happening right now), quite honestly, I wish the fandom would make up it’s mind when it comes to the Bonnie fans and the writing; either the Bonnie fans are so insignificant that their opinions don’t matter or they have enough clout to get a hug written in to appeal to them even though quite a few don’t even ship Bamon.
“Klaroline was canon in the books too”
“Klaroline was canon in the books too”
“Klaroline was canon in the books too”
Wtf? Wow. Fucking wow. Like, don’t even bother arguing with this basic bitch. She clearly didn’t read the books. No relationship involving Klaus was canon in the books.

And I’m just sitting there thinking, “If Sam and Dean went to Mystic Falls, they’d kill everyone there in less than an episode, Damon probably being the first to die.”

Just saw post “Damon is just like Angel was”………….

Bonnie blows up everyone and walks off into the sunset.
